Absolutely amazing. Im new to hiking, this is the second place I've been amd I loved it. Challenging in some areas but a great workout. My dog Taylor loved it just as much as I did. We will definitely be here often.

Nice hike. Easy to access. A good portion of the trail follows a well traveled road.

Good work out! Beautiful limestone formations surrounded by cedar trees and roots.

Very hilly. Ton of fun.

Nice trail - fairly short but has enough interesting areas to see to make this a descent hike if your new to hiking. Dogs are allowed on this trail. Lots of roots so be careful in those areas.

Short hike down to the excavation site - stay to the right where the trail forks at the Kimmswick Bone Bed sign to avoid having to walk up a lot of steps

Steep inclines and rugged terrain, but this also connects to another easier trail after crossing the road. We did both trails that day. It was a fun time!

Great trail with beautiful views. It is narrow in spots with a big drop so I'd caution those with children to keep them close to you.
