One of my favorites to run. not challenging but you can get great distance! I'd you are parking in the Scarborough Marsh and cross the road, you can get just under ten miles if you go all the way to 195 ramp. it's a solid eight if you run to the foot bridge. if you cruise over the marsh you can squeeze in five miles by running to the end of the access road and back. I wish the would finish the rest of the trail connecting to Portland in that direction!

My wife and I walk it all the time. It is awesome

Disappointed. We brought street bikes thinking the route was paved. Our bad for not doing enough homework. Great for trail bikes or mountain bike - even perhaps beach or hybrids. Definitely not safe for pure street or racing bikes. We'll come better equipped next time. Think we'll run it tomorrow.

Well maintained. Walked on a weekend and not overly busy. Multiuser trail and room for all

I found to be a great trail, a nice flat trail. Plenty of shady for those hot summer days. Very scenic and plenty of birds while crossing the marsh.

Great trail

Just lovely running and walking path all-year round (well, with snowshoes in snowy months).

Best part of the trail is crossing the Scarborough marsh, your in the middle of the marsh no road no traffic very peaceful.
