Waterfalls. Rocks! Great!

My only complaint is the bathroom. I can never unsee what I walked into. The nastiest gas stations have cleaner bathrooms. Other than that, the trails are easy to navigate and falls are nice. although care should be taken, watched a lady bust her ass while taking a photo.

Easy trail for an active lifestyle person. the falls are small but peaceful and pretty. Great for dogs. watch out for horse leave behinds!

We only live a few minutes from this park and it is by far our favorite. We travel all over to hike different state parks but the waterfalls make this one for sure at the top of my list!

This is one of my favorite parks to go to without traveling over an hour to get to a decent but secluded park. I recommend coming on weekdays oppose to weekends due to it being crowded on weekends. There's 2-3 man-made waterfalls from old mills and one natural waterfall that's roughly a 4 mile hike on the opposing end of the main park! Enjoy!

Hiking and Geocahing. These geo's are some tough ones. Come prepared

It was a fun trail. Only encountered a couple bikers! Way more than just 3 miles though... Just follow the yellow trail. You won't be disappointed.

Cochran Mill Park and its trails hold a special place in my heart. I grew up down the road from this park, went here for Scout camp and also had my first date with my fiancée here. It's rated pretty easy and it's really not much to look at but the waterfalls make it worthwhile. There's three main waterfalls that you will see along the trail, and it's a great place to have a picnic. Take heed of the parking rules and all regulations here - Cochran Mill is ever present under the watchful eye of Chattahoochee Hills Police. And please, for the love of God, if you see trash, pick it up. It seems this place is getting trashier each time I visit.

$5 parking... not a state park. but the trails are still fairly well maintained and the multitude of small loops make this easily adjustable for many lengths of mild hiking/trail running.

The water features, two cascades oce granite domes and an old mill site waterfall are all quite pretty and well worth the sometimes busy trails.

it seems some of the locals use the features as swimming holes which is cool...except for the abundance of beer cans and other debris.

I will say the forests lush green ground cover make for an excellent view especially towards sunset.

bring bug spray.

There are a ~3 trails here and hike to the falls from parking and back in the red trail + the yellow trail would make it a 7 mile hike. Easy hike and relatively flat. Lot of spider webs on the trees though. One thing which i just didn't like is the fact that there were a lot of horse shit on the red trail. could be organized better.

Great aside from the litter.
