Great use of the land space.
The way I like to ride it is warm up on the flat 4 mile perimeter trail, a lap in the 4 mile tight and twisty singletrack around the perimeter then a lap of the 2.6 mile hill singletrack.
The hill is shellrock while the perimeter singletrack is dirt with some palmetto roots that are very slick when wet.
Very fun trail, the "hill" trail is a certified ass kicker. it's great for an aerobic workout. all ups and downs and switchbacks, fairly nicely maintained. the perimeter trail, a fun,easy ride. A few rooty sections, but are still manageable. a fun free-ride section after a good rain.
