A nice wide, well maintained trail that we had no issues taking a baby jogger stroller on. Beautiful rock formations. Much is not shaded so I recommend going early in the day or go on a cool day and remember a hat and sunscreen so you can really enjoy it to the fullest.
It's a nice little hike. Really flat wide terrain, a lot of the trail follows pretty close to a road, and it feels like you're in a neighborhood for part of it. If you're looking for something secluded, this isn't your trail. It has some nice rock formations to see, and a little reservoir along one of the trails. Lots of signage and maps. Would be an easy trail for kids.
