The trail itself is not remarkable but the waterfall is a great reward.

gps trail is incomplete and lacks the last kilometer to summit - no clear markers, be prepared. btw gate is open 7am-9pm
Not difficult but it is longer. We actually meant to go to Lynn Peak but went the wrong way. Oops! We had lots of snacks and water though so we decided to keep going. There's a beautiful waterfall at the end as your reward. Incline is minimal and the length makes for a great day hike. Took us 5 hours to do it return.

Easy but a decent length hike to the waterfall.
From the starting post it took me and a friend 4 hours 10 minutes to complete (there and back). The map says it takes 6 hours round trip, so we did it 2 hours quicker.
We were walking at a brisk pace. Stopping occasionally and briefly to take photos. Once we got to the falls, we spent a good 20 minutes or so hanging out taking more photos and had a quick snack. We had to do with a couple strips of beef jerky and we shared a single nutragrai bar because we forgot the extra snacks in the car. That was a big mistake.
Bring extra water, and bring some snacks! It would be wise to pack a sandwich if you plan on hanging out at the falls for a little while.
As for the falls, they were very nice, but nothing incredible. I believe there are better hikes and better waterfalls. However, this is a wonderful entry hike with a lot of different terrain and trail types.
-Good for everyone!
-Plenty of different scenery.
-Expected more of the waterfall.
